I could predict a few questions that will come up, so I decided to answer them, before they came up.
Please read this, before asking any questions. Otherwise, I will note you to go here.
I hope you find all the information you want.
Q: What about already married couples such as Mr. & Mrs. Cake or Shining Armor & Princess Cadence?
A: I have noted that monogamistic couples can and will exist in the prologue. Also, as this is an alternate universe, it could be that a couple is not married in character (either ever or yet) in this universe. That will be up to their players. Besides, Princess Cadence is the pony-Cupid. This would almost make her superior to Celestia or Luna in this world, if it weren't for age.
Q: What if I want to play Spike? He's not a stallion.
A: No, Spike is not a stallion, but dragons are likely similarly territorial. If aged up appropriately, Spike can be a bachelor-type male if Sparity is to be pursued or any other similar relationship. I will not be aggressive against inter-speices relationships, meaning characters such as Gilda, Iron Will, or Garble are also available to play, so long as you can fit them in the community.
Q: What if I want to play a younger character, like Applebloom?
A: Similarly to Spike, she may need to be aged up appropriately for romance, if you want to play her in that regard. Otherwise, I will allow non-romantic characters to be played as part of families and hte community. A character like Applebloom would then be given an application in the Townsfolk section as opposed to the Mare section.
Q: What is I want Applebloom to have romance, but I don't want to age her up?
A: Younger characters may have love interests. However, they cannot be married until they are of legal age (young adult).
Any further questions I will be willing to answer in the "Questions" thread.
